PROVERBS 20:1-22:16

• 20:¹⁹He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets; therefore associate not with him who talks too freely.
• ²²Do not say, I will repay evil; wait [expectantly] for the Lord, and He will rescue you.
• 21:⁹It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop [on the flat oriental roof, exposed to all kinds of weather] than in a house shared with a nagging, quarrelsome, and faultfinding woman.
• 22: ⁶Train up a child in the way he should go [and in keeping with his individual gift or bent], and when he is old he will not depart from it.
